  In order to serve God, the Eastern Louisiana Baptist Association will involve and assist churches in a cooperative fellowship to do missions, evangelism, leadership, and ministry support to build the Kingdom of God.  
   

  Eastern Louisiana Baptist Association, in the power of God’s Holy Spirit, will be an association of vibrant, reproducing churches in Southeast Louisiana, strengthening one another, cooperating in planting new churches, developing leaders, partnering in mission endeavors in our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the uttermost parts of the earth, meeting the needs of people, and impacting the culture that desperately needs redemption
